Michael Tanner serves as VP – Finance, leading Pecos Valley financial efforts, including strategic financial planning, financial reporting, risk management, investor relations, risk management, treasury and accounting – along with serving on Pecos Valley Board of Directors. He has previously worked in engineering and finance roles for Marathon Oil, RARE PETRO and King Operating Corporation. He is also the co-founder of Sandstone Group – a boutique oil and gas financial advisory firm. He is a graduate of Colorado School of Mines with a B.S in Petroleum Engineering, B.S in Economics and a M.S in Economics
