Giuliana Vural, J.D., serves as VP – Legal and Secretary to Pecos Valley Partners and of counsel to certain affiliates. She has worked in the upstream oil and gas industry for over 30 years. Initially, she helped build a company drilling from the eastern Canadian Rockies to the state waters of Texas, rising to Vice President - Legal and Marketing. Currently, she is the founder of the Vural Law Firm LLC and personally licensed to practice law in Texas, Kansas, and Washington. She is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association (past President of its Energy Section), the Dallas Bar Association, the Women’s Energy Network, and a past President of the Texas Energy Council. A graduate of Seattle University School of Law, her interests include her family, travel, and contributing to our nation’s energy independence
